Many of you may have already heard there’s been a few changes at the Golden Fleece Hotel. Not quite as many machines as previously.. but still a top quality line up of games you don’t see too often.
One of which is Dialed In. I wasn’t expecting much from this machine as I initially thought the theme was a bit lacking… but boy is it fun. It doesn’t take itself as seriously as the other Jersey Jack machines and is much more accessible. It also features some pretty nifty new features including a player facing camera that takes ‘selfies’ of you as you play then displays them on screen. Not sure about the Bluetooth connectivity tho.. why would anyone want activate the flippers via their phone!? 😐
New line up:
Dialed In (Jersey Jack Pinball 2017)
Medieval Madness Remake (Chicago Gaming Company 2015)
Indy 500 (Bally 1995)
Jack*Bot (Williams 1995)
The Shadow (Bally 1994)
Star Trek: The Next Generation (Williams 1993)
Playboy (Bally 1978)

Guardians of the Galaxy has arrived at Pixel Alley to spice up its already great line-up. A fun but typically ‘Stern’ machine. Was easy to get multi-ball happening which is always welcome. Seems Zax Amusements has increased prices a little by not offering 3 games for $5 anymore 😦

Bada Bing! The Soprano’s (Stern 2005) is now playing at the John Curtin Hotel. Plays great, has a snazzy colour DMD and swearing is enabled. Food is great at the Curtin currently, countered only by the worst smelling toilets in Melbourne! Great pub none the less.. worth a visit!
